Utica Royalties provides community services including literacy support, computer classes, dance, meal services, and summer activities for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Registration: All student participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you certify that all provided information is accurate.
Health & Safety: For programs involving physical activity (such as dance or swimming) or meals, parents must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies. Utica Royalties is not responsible for incidents resulting from undisclosed health information.
Safety & Reporting: In accordance with New York State law, our staff and designated volunteers adhere to safety standards regarding the welfare of minors. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all students.

3. Photo and Media Release

By participating in Utica Royalties programs, parents and guardians acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken during classes, performances, and summer activities.

Usage: These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and grant applications.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, you must submit a written request to info@uticaroyalties.org prior to the start of the program session.

4. Fees and Payments

While Utica Royalties is a non-profit organization, certain activities (such as specific summer trips or workshops) may require a nominal fee to cover transportation or admission costs.

Refunds: Fees for trips or special events are generally non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Utica Royalties.
